- Nature of Donations
- All donations made to AdiSamarth Foundation are voluntary
- Donations are used to support our charitable activities, including child education, women skill training, community cleanliness drives, and welfare programs
- Refund Policy
- Donations once made are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors during payment
- Incorrect amount charged due to system error
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation Policy
- Since donations are voluntary contributions, cancellation of a donation is not normally permitted
- If a donor believes a donation was made in error, they must contact us promptly

To request a refund, donors must:

- Mention the transaction reference number, date, and amount
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request
Refund requests should be made within a reasonable time from the date of the transaction.

- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and Razorpay’s processing timelines
- AdiSamarth Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers
